After 13 years at CIM Group and $2.5B in real estate transactions closed, Terra joined Bernstein Management Corporation in summer 2018 as Vice President of Investments. Her mandate is to spearhead value creation strategies for the fund including new acquisitions, joint venture investments, dispositions, financing, and operational improvements. She also serves on the Investment Committee. In her free time, Terra serves on the Fundraising Committee for the Hyde-Addison Elementary Parent-Teacher Association and captains a CureSearch walk team each October to support children’s cancer research. Terra earned a B.S. in Commerce with concentrations in finance, marketing and management from the McIntire School of Commerce and an M.S. in Real Estate and Infrastructure from the Carey Business School at John Hopkins University. She lives in Washington, D.C. with her husband Eric and two children, Lola and Ella.
