Steve is a Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company based in Atlanta, where he serves as the local office managing partner. Steve’s client work focuses primarily on helping clients accelerate growth, leveraging analytics, digital, and agile execution to accelerate performance.

Beyond his client work, Steve is active in the Atlanta community where he serves on the Board and Executive Committee of the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce as well as Central Atlanta Progress. Steve holds a B.S. in Commerce from the McIntire School of Commerce and a J.D. from the School of Law at the University of Virginia. He lives in Buckhead with his wife, Carli and their two daughters.
