Scott M. Rosen

Scott is an investor at Transformation Capital focused on supporting high growth healthcare software and services companies. He is an active Board member of several private companies focused on improving patient access, clinical outcomes, and affordability. Prior to that, he was an executive with eviCore healthcare, a specialty benefits manager that accelerated the adoption of value-based care. He began his career in investment banking at Evercore and then private equity at Court Square Capital.
Scott lives in Boston with his wife, Rebecca, and their labradoodle, Kugel. He remains active at UVA as a Board member of the Brody Jewish Center (Hillel). He is also a volunteer with Family Table, a program focused on ending hunger in the Greater Boston community. Scott graduated from the McIntire School of Commerce with a double major in Economics.
