Malcolm Stewart graduated from UVA’s Frank Batten School in May of 2018, earning a B.A. in Leadership & Public Policy with a minor in Social Entrepreneurship. In his time as an undergraduate, Malcolm served as a member of the University Salsa Club, the President of the Class of 2018, and the Senior Resident on the Lawn.

Since graduation, Malcolm traveled to Kathmandu, Nepal for a fellowship in which he helped to plan and develop a UVA Study Abroad program for the University Law School. After trekking to the Base Camp of Mount Everest, and spending 40 days in Nepal working on the program, he spent the rest of the summer venturing to the surrounding countries of Thailand, Myanmar, Malaysia, and Singapore. He is now employed as a Media & Communications Analyst at Makena Capital Management, an investment management firm in Silicon Valley.
